World Boss Chris Mobile Detailing provides mobile car wash and auto detailing services. Services are performed at the customer's location within our service area.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website
  • Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
  • We will confirm appointments at least 24 hours in advance

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: No charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: May incur a fee
  • No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions at no charge

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
  • Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size and condition
  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles

5. Service Location Requirements

For mobile service, we require:

  • Access to the vehicle (keys or owner present)
  • Reasonable space around the vehicle to work
  • A relatively flat, paved surface is preferred

We bring our own water and equipment—you don't need to provide anything.

6. Liability

  • We are fully insured for your protection
  • We take care to protect your vehicle during service
  • Pre-existing damage must be noted before service begins
  • We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

7. Results Disclaimer

While we strive for excellent results on every vehicle, some stains, scratches, or damage may not be fully correctable. We will always be upfront about expected results before starting work.

8. Weather Policy

In case of rain or severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. Light overcast conditions are acceptable for most services.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
